Just a note:

because you need the baby's arms exposed in this image and they are
always at different angles and positions...you do need to do some erasing
to be able to do this... I recommend you lower the opacity of the cover-up
layer after you've positioned the baby while you erase the arm out or make
a cover-up layer of the arm and overlay it!
